An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Isadore in the 22nd minute of play forced Valhalla FC's goalkeeper Israel Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fulgencio Isadore in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Israel Pinto saved Valhalla FC from getting behind. Abelardo Urki succeeded in the game's 28th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Higinio Salvator struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Israel Pinto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lezama AFC. In the 33rd minute Higinio Salvator shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Israel Pinto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Rigoberto Benitez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Valhalla FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lezama AFC the free kick. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abelardo Urki couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Alvaro Txindoki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Israel Pinto was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Rigoberto Benitez got his second yellow card in the match during the 91st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a defensive mix-up in Valhalla FC's zone, Fulgencio Isadore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Israel Pinto came out of the goal and Fulgencio Isadore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Higinio Salvator fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Israel Pinto having to interfere. The Valhalla FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Lezama AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Lezama AFC.
