Julian Luzaide took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 32nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Clodoveo Argenis. Sandoria FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Sandoria FC's zone, Gaudencio Paez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clodoveo Argenis came out of the goal and Gaudencio Paez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gaudencio Paez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Clodoveo Argenis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Gaudencio Paez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mar del Plata Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 59th minute, Victorino Bixintxo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adan Gaskon was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The Sandoria FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clodoveo Argenis should have stopped the shot. Leonardo Adrio hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Victorino Bixintxo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adan Gaskon having to interfere. Victorino Bixintxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
