Spectators: 7216 (Terracing: 5413, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Israel Dalmai took the kick off in the first half of the match. Don Ramon's Joel Ihintza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Formerio in the 8th minute of play. The supporters of Don Ramon booed when Maza AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Astor Nafarroa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute, Don Ramon's Modesto Txilar seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Modesto Txilar the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Don Ramon protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Modesto Txilar had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Edgard Formerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Joel Ihintza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Don Ramon's Fausto Lluc got a free kick in the 19th minute. A collision led to Don Ramon getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Fausto Lluc hit a great ball. Gustavo Abechuco came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Don Ramon's Eliseo Maore. But to his dismay, Eliseo Maore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Joel Ihintza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Formerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ernesto Fidensio to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Victor Mitxaut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute, Edgard Formerio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maza AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Israel Dalmai blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gustavo Abechuco having to make a save. After some careless play in the Maza AFC defense, Israel Dalmai kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustavo Abechuco. The Maza AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustavo Abechuco should have stopped the shot. In the 76th minute Israel Dalmai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Abechuco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Ihintza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgard Formerio in the 78th minute. Israel Dalmai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Gustavo Abechuco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Don Ramon booed when Maza AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paolo Locaio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Israel Dalmai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Israel Dalmai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Maza AFC's goalkeeper Gustavo Abechuco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
