The supporters of Cachiporra FC booed when Club Atlético San Telmo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernabe Solustiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maximiliano Chus's late challenge caught a Cachiporra FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maximiliano Chus helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th match minute, Club Atlético San Telmo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximiliano Chus to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Gaitan in the 25th minute of play forced Cachiporra FC's goalkeeper Silvano Jerardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético San Telmo's zone, Filiberto Toribio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delmar Venerando came out of the goal and Filiberto Toribio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cachiporra FC were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Club Atlético San Telmo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ruperto Pirro took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Ruperto Pirro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Delmar Venerando quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 34th minute Prospero Jatsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Venerando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Tobias Pitin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cachiporra FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ruperto Pirro in the 38th minute. Cachiporra FC's Ruperto Pirro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Delmar Venerando in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Filiberto Toribio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With 45 minutes on the clock, Leo Frederik commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 45th minute of the game. One of Club Atlético San Telmo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cachiporra FC:s goal.

Prospero Jatsu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Delmar Venerando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Emiliano Chumo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the match, Club Atlético San Telmo's goal looked a bit too open when Prospero Jatsu came free, but Delmar Venerando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Club Atlético San Telmo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cachiporra FC the free kick. Delmar Venerando didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cachiporra FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Emiliano Chumo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético San Telmo's supporters rose to their feet, but Emiliano Chumo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvano Jerardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emiliano Chumo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvano Jerardo having to interfere. 98 minutes into the game, Cachiporra FC's Filiberto Toribio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Delmar Venerando made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Cachiporra FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
