Victorio Umbruso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Victorio Umbruso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edelmiro Ibon, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Belgrano's zone, Haroldo Isusko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorio Umbruso came out of the goal and Haroldo Isusko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Haroldo Isusko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Victorio Umbruso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Fabian Quinto came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Robles fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabian Quinto couldn't finish the play. 66 minutes into the match, Belgrano's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Pepillo came free, but Victorio Umbruso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Rodolfo Pepillo came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Robles fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodolfo Pepillo couldn't finish the play. Leo Noe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victorio Umbruso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Emiliano Bastiaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorio Umbruso having to interfere. Robles walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
