Feliciano Cruz came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Anga FC's Raul Cordeara. But to his dismay, Raul Cordeara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 33 minutes into the match, Anga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Florentino Firman came free, but Celso Juvenal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Uriel Bartolome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celso Juvenal stood somewhat misplaced when Uriel Bartolome came free in front of goal and shot 1-3 to the left of him in the 40 minute. If Aldo Victoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Firman in the 47th minute of play forced Anga FC's goalkeeper Celso Juvenal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aldo Victoro was the one to do the kick off. After 52 minutes, Mateo Cilio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ATENAS FC and the Anga FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anga FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florentino Firman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Celso Juvenal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florentino Firman in the 71st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, ATENAS FC's Florentino Firman got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Aldo Victoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliciano Cruz having to interfere. Aldo Victoro charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aldo Victoro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 74th match minute, Anga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Victoro to maneuver through the defense. In the 88thth minute of the game Florentino Firman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Anga FC's Celso Juvenal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Anga FC defense, Florentino Firman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celso Juvenal. The Anga FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celso Juvenal should have stopped the shot. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
