The audience was convinced that Dante Calvet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Froilan Tono was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Dante Calvets short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Froilan Tono to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Ks Cracovia booed when Juventud Liberal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basilio Urtungo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Dante Calvet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rogelio Peli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Tono having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dante Calvet in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Froilan Tono saved Ks Cracovia from getting behind. Froilan Tono was a little too slow when Dante Calvet got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dante Calvet was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Juventud Liberal getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Rodrigo Mikelats hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Ks Cracovia's Santiago Markel got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute, Dante Calvet sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ks Cracovia's Froilan Tono didn't even have to move. When Juventud Liberal's Dante Calvet in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ezequiel Jaunzuria hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute, Dario Ellande made a precise shot to the right of Froilan Tono. Ks Cracovia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 84 minutes into the game, Ezequiel Jaunzuria was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ks Cracovia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Juventud Liberal the free kick. After 84 played minutes Ks Cracovia got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Jaunzuria. After having played for 85 minutes, Dante Calvet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juventud Liberal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dante Calvet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dante Calvet blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Froilan Tono having to make a save. 91 minutes into the match, Ks Cracovia's goal looked a bit too open when Dante Calvet came free, but Froilan Tono reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Juventud Liberal booed when Ks Cracovia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apolo Petri didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the Juventud Liberal players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
