Robustiano Haimar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermengildo Kelemen having to interfere. 7 minutes into the match, Ongamira AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Mancio came free, but Igor Hechter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ongamira AFC's goalkeeper Igor Hechter, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Igor Hechter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Javier Bernad went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Arsenio Ganix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hermengildo Kelemen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Ganix in the 20th minute of play. After having played for 21 minutes, Emiliano Quintana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Machis del Neuquén's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emiliano Quintana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arsenio Ganix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Hermengildo Kelemen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Igor Hechter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emiliano Quintana in the 29th minute of the match. After 32 minutes, Robustiano Haimar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ongamira AFC and the Machis del Neuquén players grew even worse after the yellow card. Robustiano Haimar hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Leonel Seme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Igor Hechter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Javier Bernad, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Hermengildo Kelemen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Javier Bernad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 100th minute, Arsenio Ganix managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ongamira AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arsenio Ganix was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hermengildo Kelemen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hermengildo Kelemen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Ganix in the 100th minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
