Spectators: 7201 (Terracing: 5402, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Arturo Gombal kicked off to start the match. Ildefonso Gartzea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sergio Isauro having to make a save. After 7 minutes, Gaudencio Hug mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Matheu FC and the Club Juana Koslay players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 7th minute, Gaudencio Hug hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute Arturo Gombal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Isauro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodosio Duarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorio Emeterio having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Matheu FC's Arturo Gombal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sergio Isauro. Sergio Isauro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Arturo Gombal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Arturo Gombal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sergio Isauro was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Matheu FC's Arturo Gombal got a free kick in the 40th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teodosio Duarte made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Arturo Gombal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Teodosio Duarte took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Victorio Emeterio to make any attempt to save it. Matheu FC's Victorio Emeterio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Matheu FC from getting a goal against them. Matheu FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Leonardo Oliverios scored to the left of an out of position Victorio Emeterio, making the score, 1-2. Leonardo Oliverios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute, Anibal Eguzki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Enrique Perico hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Cipriano Eriz from long distance, 75 minutes into the match, got Victorio Emeterio's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Matheu FC's Victorio Emeterio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodosio Duarte in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Ildefonso Gartzea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sergio Isauro was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Mateo Oihan hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Ildefonso Gartzea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th minute, one of Club Juana Koslay:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Club Juana Koslay. In the 87th minute there was a penalty for Matheu FC. Ernesto Pero stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Sergio Isauro. 3-2. Sergio Isauro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ildefonso Gartzea, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. If Arturo Gombal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
