Pucho87's Jacobo Veremundo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Bartuelo in the 9th minute of play. After 12 played minutes DOPING POSITIVO got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Paul. Blas Azeari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugenio Osoro, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Mateo Bartuelo struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Jacobo Veremundo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DOPING POSITIVO. Blas Azeari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugenio Osoro, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Pucho87's Ciriaco Peli got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ciriaco Pelis short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Blas Azeari to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Eugenio Osoro was extremely unlucky when he, in the 27th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. DOPING POSITIVO's Blas Azeari proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save DOPING POSITIVO from getting a goal against them. In the 30th minute, Ciriaco Peli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pucho87 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 35 minutes into the match, DOPING POSITIVO's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Osoro came free, but Blas Azeari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucio Menendo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 40 minutes, Lucio Menendo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DOPING POSITIVO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucio Menendo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Pucho87's zone, Lucio Menendo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Veremundo came out of the goal and Lucio Menendo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Lucio Menendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mateo Bartuelo to strike the kick off in the second half. Mateo Bartuelo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacobo Veremundo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Lucio Menendo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacobo Veremundo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Lucio Menendo in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jacobo Veremundo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ciriaco Peli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas Azeari having to interfere. Mateo Bartuelo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacobo Veremundo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th match minute, DOPING POSITIVO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benigno Constancio to maneuver through the defense. When Lucio Menendo came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the DOPING POSITIVO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucio Menendo couldn't finish the play. Aquilino Peru hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Aquilino Peru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Blas Azeari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The DOPING POSITIVO supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing DOPING POSITIVO would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
