Urdampilleta's Cristo Perico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Bonadona in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Ignacio Haitz fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Romeo Astigar, passed just outside the right post. Dionisio Palos in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. After 91 minutes, Moises Mogel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carmen FC and the Urdampilleta players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Carmen FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
