After a rather tough play, Abandoné - Me cansé's Ambrosio Loramendi got a free kick in the 25th minute. Juan Matai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Abandoné - Me cansé getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Ciro Tano hit a great ball. In the 48th minute of the match Damaso Hernando shot from a long distance. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mateo Confesor to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florencio Urtzi in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guido Gines saved Abandoné - Me cansé from getting behind. Juan Matai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Guido Gines tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. One of Abandoné - Me cansé:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cadetes de San Martin:s goal. The referee gave Cadetes de San Martin a penalty, 67 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Damaso Hernando, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Abandoné - Me cansé's Guido Gines. 1-1. If Florencio Urtzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
