Joaquin Ortzi started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Seguí AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaudencio Erasto to maneuver through the defense. If Ignacio Edorta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Horacio Jon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Edorta, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joaquin Ortzi during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Joaquin Ortzi kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Apolo Ramirez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Seguí AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Apolo Ramirez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacinto Sanduru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 18th minute, Apolo Ramirez fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Jacinto Sanduru, passed just outside the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Apolo Ramirez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Seguí AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Apolo Ramirez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacinto Sanduru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joaquin Ortzi in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horacio Jon saved Seguí AFC from getting behind. Seguí AFC's Horacio Jon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Ortzi in the 30th minute of play. After 39 minutes, Lorenzo Isauro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los troncos and the Seguí AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Seguí AFC booed when Los troncos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Isauro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonatan Sesuldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Sanduru having to interfere. Joaquin Ortzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Horacio Jon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joaquin Ortzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horacio Jon having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Apolo Ramirez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Los troncos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Isauro to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Apolo Ramirez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacinto Sanduru was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 56th minute, Los troncos's Joaquin Ortzi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Horacio Jon. Horacio Jon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. A collision led to Seguí AFC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Carmelo Timo hit a great ball. Ignacio Edorta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horacio Jon having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Seguí AFC's goalkeeper Horacio Jon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ignacio Edorta. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Ortzi in the 79th minute of play forced Seguí AFC's goalkeeper Horacio Jon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Ignacio Edorta notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Seguí AFC's Horacio Jon. Horacio Jon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Seguí AFC's zone, Ignacio Edorta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Horacio Jon came out of the goal and Ignacio Edorta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ignacio Edorta got free with Horacio Jon in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Joaquin Ortzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Seguí AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Los troncos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
