But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celso Natal couldn't finish the play. Ciro Bermudez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celso Natal's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Ciro Bermudez made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Rodolfo Terciero sent off a good shot on target. Primitivo Ferman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amancio Primo having to interfere. A collision led to C.E.A. Don Bosco getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Marcelino Jaen hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, C.E.A. Don Bosco's Ciro Bermudez threw himself towards the right post 43 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Celso Natal, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nunez Ruy during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Don Bosco's Dionisio Palban was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ciro Bermudez in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Amancio Primo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pascual Lauren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute.
