Ciro Bermudez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melquiades Ramos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Melquiades Ramos in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciro Bermudez saved Weed F.C from getting behind. 18 minutes in the game, Melquiades Ramos fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ciro Bermudez having to interfere. Ciro Bermudez was a little too slow when Severiano Ixona got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 1-0. Ciro Bermudez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melquiades Ramos in the 29th minute of the match. In the 32nd match minute, Weed F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nunez Ruy to maneuver through the defense. Weed F.C's Ciro Bermudez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melquiades Ramos in the 34th minute of play. Primitivo Ferman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Jaizki having to interfere. After 44 played minutes Weed F.C got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Lauren. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Nunez Ruy kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Melquiades Ramos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tacuarendí AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Melquiades Ramos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciro Bermudez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Clemente Flores's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciro Bermudez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Weed F.C's goalkeeper Ciro Bermudez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Weed F.C's Ciro Bermudez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melquiades Ramos in the 64th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Weed F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Melquiades Ramos came free, but Ciro Bermudez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tacuarendí AFC's Melquiades Ramos got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, Weed F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Melquiades Ramos came free, but Ciro Bermudez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute, Weed F.C's Pascual Lauren ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Armando Jaizki. Armando Jaizki yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Primitivo Ferman scored 1-2 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Armando Jaizki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ciro Bermudez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Flores, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 87th minute of the match Gogo Torres sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ciro Bermudez skillfully saved the ball. Pascual Lauren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Severiano Ixona hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. When Primitivo Ferman came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Weed F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Primitivo Ferman couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute, Primitivo Ferman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Weed F.C played a much better game than Tacuarendí AFC and deserved their victory. The Tacuarendí AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
