With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armando Jaizki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Armando Jaizki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cecilio Goito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12thth minute of the game Ildefonso Checa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tacuarendí AFC's Armando Jaizki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cecilio Goito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Armando Jaizki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute Cecilio Goito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Jaizki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Omar Shepherd managed to get in a good position for a shot. Demon Slayer's supporters rose to their feet, but Omar Shepherd was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armando Jaizki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Cecilio Goito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Ildefonso Checa came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Demon Slayer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ildefonso Checa couldn't finish the play. 22 minutes into the match, Tacuarendí AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cecilio Goito came free, but Armando Jaizki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Demon Slayer fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when Demon Slayer's Ildefonso Checa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Tacuarendí AFC's Severiano Ixona got a free kick in the 26th minute. Cecilio Goito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Jaizki having to interfere. Armando Jaizki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cecilio Goito, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Clemente Flores managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tacuarendí AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Clemente Flores was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reynaldo Estebano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cecilio Goito struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Armando Jaizki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Demon Slayer. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Clemente Flores managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tacuarendí AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Clemente Flores was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reynaldo Estebano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Romeo Gabino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Ramos in the 70th minute of play forced Demon Slayer's goalkeeper Reynaldo Estebano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ildefonso Checa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romeo Gabino during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 83 minutes into the game, Tacuarendí AFC's Clemente Flores nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Reynaldo Estebano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 86 minutes into the match, Tacuarendí AFC's goalkeeper Armando Jaizki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cecilio Goito. Melquiades Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Estebano having to interfere. When Omar Shepherd fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Demon Slayer's protests and gave Omar Shepherd a yellow card for diving instead. Omar Shepherd kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. The supporters of Tacuarendí AFC booed when Demon Slayer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justino Bernaldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Tacuarendí AFC's Gogo Torres tried to score from far away in the 94th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The Demon Slayer players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Tacuarendí AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
