The tension between the ELZORROTEAM and the Spacta FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 20 played minutes ELZORROTEAM got a freekick which was hit by Gavino Manex. After having played for 21 minutes, Basilio Theodore managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Spacta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basilio Theodore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basilio Theodore in the 33rd minute of play forced ELZORROTEAM's goalkeeper Pedro Reno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfonso Otsando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Mikelar having to interfere. ELZORROTEAM's Tobias Gutxi pulled a muscle in his leg after 37 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Bartolo Berart's late challenge caught a ELZORROTEAM's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bartolo Berart helped the player get up and apologised. Bartolo Berart kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Iker Servando might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adolfo Mikelar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iker Servando ran back to his position shaking his head. Bartolo Berart might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Reno. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bartolo Berart ran back to his position shaking his head. 46 minutes into the match, Edgardo Tercero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Reno. ELZORROTEAM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgardo Tercero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Adolfo Mikelar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iker Servando in the 53rd minute of the match. If Iker Servando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ovidio Eutropio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Mikelar having to interfere. If Basilio Theodore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adolfo Mikelar came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by ELZORROTEAM's Iker Servando. But to his dismay, Iker Servando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Iker Servando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iker Servando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Mikelar having to interfere. Elvio Romildo hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Iker Servando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Iker Servando came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the ELZORROTEAM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iker Servando couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Basilio Theodore got free with Pedro Reno in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Iker Servando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Mikelar having to interfere. Pedro Reno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgardo Tercero in the 97th minute of the match. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
