TEMPLARIOS F.C's Saul Elizardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Gomesano in the 12th minute of play. Felipe Gomesano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Aquiles Mikeldi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Norberto Luar, 1-0. After having played for 24 minutes, Melquiades Beila managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TEMPLARIOS F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melquiades Beila was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Funebrero FC's Hector Theobald got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Felipe Gomesano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Saul Elizardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Theobald in the 32nd minute of play forced TEMPLARIOS F.C's goalkeeper Saul Elizardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Melquiades Beila got free with Norberto Luar in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Funebrero FC's Abel Cordarrell got a free kick in the 36th minute. Aquiles Mikeldi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Funebrero FC's Hector Theobald in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Gomesano in the 54th minute of play forced TEMPLARIOS F.C's goalkeeper Saul Elizardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hector Theobald blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Saul Elizardo having to make a save. Norberto Luar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melquiades Beila in the 63rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Hector Theobald managed to get in a good position for a shot. Funebrero FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hector Theobald was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saul Elizardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 74 minutes into the match, Funebrero FC's Felipe Gomesano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Saul Elizardo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aquiles Mikeldi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norberto Luar having to interfere. Hector Theobald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. TEMPLARIOS F.C had won after a very even match.
