In the 14th minute Amado Hechter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Jerrald saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Jerrald made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejandro Oinaz in the 15th minute of play. Aquiles Oriche recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Angelino Oidor kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the game, OLIMPO BAHIA BLANCA's Aquiles Oriche nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aquiles Joanes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Roberto Kaxen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 29 minutes into the game, Roberto Kaxen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. OLIMPO BAHIA BLANCA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leoandmat the free kick. Roberto Kaxen hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Aquiles Oriche kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. If Roque Arlo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A hard shot 48 in the game by Aquiles Oriche from a close distance when the talented Aquiles Joanes managed to make a qualified save. Leoandmat's players were relieved. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alejandro Oinaz made a kick off. Mariano Jerrald didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 53rd minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. After having played for 57 minutes, Roberto Kaxen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. OLIMPO BAHIA BLANCA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roberto Kaxen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aquiles Oriche took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aquiles Joanes. Aquiles Joanes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. After 63 minutes, Francisco Galeno mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leoandmat and the OLIMPO BAHIA BLANCA players grew even worse after the yellow card. Roberto Kaxen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aquiles Oriche in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquiles Joanes saved Leoandmat from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in OLIMPO BAHIA BLANCA's zone, Alejandro Oinaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariano Jerrald came out of the goal and Alejandro Oinaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aquiles Oriche's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aquiles Joanes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. The supporters of Leoandmat booed when OLIMPO BAHIA BLANCA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Herauso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roberto Kaxen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 91 minutes, Amado Hechter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leoandmat's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amado Hechter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 93rd minute, Amado Hechter made a precise shot to the right of Mariano Jerrald. OLIMPO BAHIA BLANCA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. OLIMPO BAHIA BLANCA walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
