After a defensive mix-up in FC Los Negros's zone, Luisito Pietro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximino Idacio came out of the goal and Luisito Pietro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Tapa Huasi FC's Luisito Pietro in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Los Negros's goalie prevented a goal. Francisco Muno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisito Pietro in the 15th minute of play forced FC Los Negros's goalkeeper Maximino Idacio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francisco Muno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Idacio having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Luisito Pietro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 26th minute Luisito Pietro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Idacio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th match minute, FC Los Negros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmacio Henrico to maneuver through the defense. Jacob Rits was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 37th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Luisito Pietro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Maximino Idacio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Tapa Huasi FC booed when FC Los Negros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Belo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maximino Idacio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisito Pietro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The FC Los Negros players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tapa Huasi FC were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Mario Arano made the kick off in the second half. Francisco Muno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Maximino Idacio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 54 minutes into the match, Tapa Huasi FC's Francisco Muno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximino Idacio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Francisco Muno in the 55th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Maximino Idacio kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-3 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Samuel Llope's late challenge caught a Tapa Huasi FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samuel Llope helped the player get up and apologised. After 58 played minutes FC Los Negros got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Llope. If Fabio Eutropio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Muno took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maximino Idacio. Maximino Idacio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Luisito Pietro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th match minute, Tapa Huasi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Muno to maneuver through the defense. Francisco Muno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Maximino Idacio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luisito Pietro in the 83rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Maximino Idacio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 93 minutes of play, FC Los Negros's Fabio Eutropio made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Olaf Jerzyk was left in no man's land by his defense there!
