The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the match, Bicentenario FC's goalkeeper Ceferino Sidoro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximino Teodor. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonardo Crescencio to make the kick off. In the 91st minute, Jonathan Casado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the SPORTIVO BOCA JUNIORS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
