But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amadeo Ceandro couldn't finish the play. Leonardo Crescencio let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 19th minute shot 1-0 at rihgt post. Flavio Cefero's late challenge caught a SPORTIVO BOCA JUNIORS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Flavio Cefero helped the player get up and apologised. In the 22nd minute, one of F.C. RONA:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for F.C. RONA. 29 minutes into the match, F.C. RONA's goalkeeper Leonel Ayala had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximino Teodor. Maximino Teodor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C. RONA's goalkeeper Leonel Ayala, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Maximino Teodor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonel Ayala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Crescencio in the 40th minute of play. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Leonardo Crescencio came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the SPORTIVO BOCA JUNIORS fans jumped to their feet.
