The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jacinto Perez was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Gorostiaga AFC's zone, Everardo Tonete stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arsenio Tolino came out of the goal and Everardo Tonete tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arsenio Tolino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Galo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arsenio Tolino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Galo in the 75th minute of the match. Bruno Playo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the match, Everardo Tonete notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Gorostiaga AFC's Arsenio Tolino. Arsenio Tolino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 84th match minute, Sánchez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Quilo to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute of the match Sergio Peter sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nicanor Urtats skillfully saved the ball. Gorostiaga AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eduardo Galo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-2. When the referee ended the match the Sánchez players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
