Arif Oğuz Bozdağ ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Abuela Gela's zone, Domingo Rocio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Venancio Ferdinand came out of the goal and Domingo Rocio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Arif Oğuz Bozdağ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After the first half Occithanos were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Damaso Bartuelo made the kick off in the second half. Primitivo Eguzki kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. If Arif Oğuz Bozdağ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abuela Gela's Venancio Ferdinand proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Abuela Gela from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arif Oğuz Bozdağ got free with Venancio Ferdinand in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Occithanos's Arnaldo Chorache played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damaso Bartuelo in the 73rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damaso Bartuelo in the 90th minute of play forced Occithanos's goalkeeper Arnaldo Chorache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
