When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Rigoberto Rudolfo put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Herminio Birila. 25 minutes into the match, Cowboy Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Miro came free, but Fausto Librado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cowboy Athletic's Fausto Librado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ambrosio Koldo in the 27th minute of play. Fausto Librado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Miro in the 28th minute of the match. Donato Miro struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Fausto Librado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AryZak. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cowboy Athletic's goalkeeper Fausto Librado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Donato Miro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

A collision led to Cowboy Athletic getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Mauricio Lope hit a great ball. Nicasio Firman, 61 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Luciano Dominguez came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Cowboy Athletic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luciano Dominguez couldn't finish the play. Cowboy Athletic's Rigoberto Rudolfo got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luciano Dominguez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Herminio Birila read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, AryZak's goal looked a bit too open when Rigoberto Rudolfo came free, but Herminio Birila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fausto Librado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ambrosio Koldo in the 72nd minute. After 81 played minutes AryZak got a freekick which was hit by Donato Miro.
