Spectators: 7213 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 125) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tobias Santo got the match started through his kick off. Celso Florinio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Itacaruaré AFC's Arnoldo Berriotxoa got a free kick in the 9th minute. After 10 played minutes, Porvenir's Hector Emmanuel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ismael Romelio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Porvenir reached it. In the 13th match minute, Itacaruaré AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Ralondo to maneuver through the defense. After 16 played minutes Porvenir got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Flor. Celso Florinio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Porvenir's Fulgencio Chesus got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celso Florinio got free with Ismael Romelio in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 27 minutes, Fulgencio Chesus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Porvenir's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fulgencio Chesus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ismael Romelio was a little too slow when Fulgencio Chesus got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 45th minute, Celso Florinio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fulgencio Chesus to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Fulgencio Chesus made a precise shot to the right of Ismael Romelio. Itacaruaré AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Itacaruaré AFC's Eusebio Urtzi got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hector Emmanuel hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Porvenir's zone, Eusebio Urtzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Constantino Joanes came out of the goal and Eusebio Urtzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Itacaruaré AFC's Nicolas Ralondo got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 63 minutes into the match, Celso Florinio notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Itacaruaré AFC's Ismael Romelio. Ismael Romelio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Celso Florinio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fulgencio Chesus took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ismael Romelio. Ismael Romelio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Ismael Romelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Chesus in the 76th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Itacaruaré AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Fulgencio Chesus came free, but Ismael Romelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celso Florinio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 5-0 became the score in the 86th minute when Fulgencio Chesus elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 95th minute, Nicolas Ralondo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Constantino Joanes was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Porvenir's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
