Spectators: 6649 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1649, VIP seats: 0) Leteque AFC's Omar Salvadore started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Adolfo Panfilo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Arnaldo Resto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Omar Salvadore recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 9 minutes into the match, Marucho's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Salvadore came free, but Serafino Basualdo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celedonio Belarmo might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Serafino Basualdo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Celedonio Belarmo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 12th match minute, Marucho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Panfilo to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute Omar Salvadore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafino Basualdo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 16 in the game by Adolfo Panfilo from a close distance when the talented Arnaldo Resto managed to make a qualified save. Leteque AFC's players were relieved. After 16 minutes, Clodoveo Baladi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Leteque AFC and the Marucho players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th match minute, Leteque AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clodoveo Baladi to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Astor Evangelista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Omar Salvadore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Celedonio Belarmo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Claudio Napier hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. When Omar Salvadore came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Leteque AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Omar Salvadore couldn't finish the play. Omar Salvadore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Omar Salvadore in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Serafino Basualdo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Astor Evangelista could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Arnaldo Resto made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The supporters of Leteque AFC booed when Marucho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolfo Panfilo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnaldo Resto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgardo Perpinya in the 55th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Claudio Napier during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Leteque AFC booed when Marucho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudio Napier didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute, Astor Evangelista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnaldo Resto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Napier in the 77th minute of play. Arnaldo Resto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Panfilo in the 85th minute of the match. Leteque AFC's Arnaldo Resto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Perpinya in the 87th minute of play. Omar Salvadore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafino Basualdo having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Sixto Urtsin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Leteque AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sixto Urtsin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serafino Basualdo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dalmacio Iraitz hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute, Edgardo Perpinya ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnaldo Resto was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0.
