Spectators: 7235 (Terracing: 5428, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 143) Surisaltana FC's Benito Musko started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 minutes, Feliberto Cordaro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tabay FC and the Surisaltana FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Oscar Donio was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 5th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The supporters of Surisaltana FC booed when Tabay FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulino Laurin didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Benito Musko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Surisaltana FC's zone, Aristides Eyague stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miguel Quinteros came out of the goal and Aristides Eyague tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 14th minute, Benito Musko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benito Musko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tabay FC's Aristides Eyague got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristobal Sol made a kick off. Eloy Pes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Txilar in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 52nd match minute, Tabay FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Refugio to maneuver through the defense. Jacinto Honesto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Eloy Pes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Musko in the 56th minute of play forced Tabay FC's goalkeeper Eloy Pes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Surisaltana FC's Oscar Donio tried to score from far away in the 57th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Feliberto Cordaro was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 61 minutes had been played. Feliberto Cordaro hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Benito Musko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Eloy Pes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacinto Honesto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 75 minutes, Jacinto Honesto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Surisaltana FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jacinto Honesto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Tabay FC's Cristobal Sol got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 86th minute, Aristides Eyague ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miguel Quinteros was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Bernardo Gelmiro kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. When Jacinto Honesto came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Surisaltana FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacinto Honesto couldn't finish the play. In the 96th match minute, Surisaltana FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacinto Honesto to maneuver through the defense.
