Primitivo Sol started the match with the kick off. Narciso Rocio struck a weak shot in the 2nd minute. Astor Nikola didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Le Classique. Primitivo Sol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Rigoberto Tiniebra made a huge save. In the 6th match minute, Le Classique was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celestino Enmanuel to maneuver through the defense. Rigoberto Tiniebra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Primitivo Sol in the 8th minute. Astor Nikola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvano Sugoi in the 10th minute of the match. Narciso Rocio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Primitivo Sol was extremely unlucky when he, in the 16th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Primitivo Sol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Kinsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Astor Nikola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Astor Nikola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Rocio in the 32nd minute of the match. 1-1 became the score in the 44th minute when Primitivo Sol elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristian Kinsen to strike the kick off in the second half. Primitivo Sol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rigoberto Tiniebra having to interfere. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Malligasta! Astor Nikola didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ricardo Florinio went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Narciso Rocio got free with Astor Nikola in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Primitivo Sol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Le Classique's zone, Joaquin Veto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rigoberto Tiniebra came out of the goal and Joaquin Veto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Primitivo Sol blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rigoberto Tiniebra having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Primitivo Sol managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malligasta's supporters rose to their feet, but Primitivo Sol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rigoberto Tiniebra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Astor Nikola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Kinsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Primitivo Sol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joaquin Veto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rigoberto Tiniebra having to interfere. In the 92nd minute Primitivo Sol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rigoberto Tiniebra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Malligasta manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Le Classique to win.
