Lima's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcos Ederono was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 16thth minute of the game Manuel Jakue who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EL NOVENO PASAJERO FC's Baltasar Richie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lucio Lauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manuel Jakue in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baltasar Richie prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 27 minutes into the match, EL NOVENO PASAJERO FC's goalkeeper Baltasar Richie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucio Lauro. After 28 minutes, Orlando Txordon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the EL NOVENO PASAJERO FC and the Lima players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 40th minute, Victorio Foro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 45 minutes into the game, Lucio Lauro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Baltasar Richie was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manuel Jakue made a kick off. If Victorio Foro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Marcos Ederono managed to get in a good position for a shot. EL NOVENO PASAJERO FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcos Ederono was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Venancio Ellande's late challenge caught a EL NOVENO PASAJERO FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Venancio Ellande helped the player get up and apologised. Venancio Ellande kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lima's goalkeeper Rosendo Loren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marcos Ederono received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Rosendo Loren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Jakue sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Orlando Txordon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
