Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Marques started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anibal Cebo during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Playback booed when Thea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anibal Cebo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute, Enzo Vito made a precise shot to the right of Augusto Rocendo. Thea's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Thea's Augusto Rocendo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Thea from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 13 minutes, Augusto Rocendo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jonatan Pietro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Thea's goalkeeper Augusto Rocendo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enzo Vito. Tomas Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Augusto Rocendo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thea's attentive Salvador Matia managed to snatch the ball when Nicolas Cordario made a throw-in in the 32nd minute of the game. Jonatan Pietro's late challenge caught a Thea's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonatan Pietro helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Playback's Jonatan Pietro got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Anibal Cebo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 34th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Enzo Vito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Augusto Rocendo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Thea booed when Playback was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonatan Pietro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Augusto Rocendo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Marques in the 45th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

If Jonatan Pietro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 54 minutes into the game, Playback's Tomas Marques nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Augusto Rocendo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Playback's Tomas Marques got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Enzo Vito's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Augusto Rocendo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. If Tomas Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enzo Vito struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Augusto Rocendo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Playback. In the 75th minute Enzo Vito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Rocendo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Vito in the 77th minute of play forced Thea's goalkeeper Augusto Rocendo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augusto Rocendo came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Playback's Enzo Vito. But to his dismay, Enzo Vito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Augusto Rocendo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Enzo Vito went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 86th match minute, Thea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorino Acuña to maneuver through the defense. In a very dangerous position, a player in Thea fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 87th minute. Penalty! In the 90th minute Tomas Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Rocendo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Thea defense, Jonatan Pietro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Augusto Rocendo. The Thea fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Augusto Rocendo should have stopped the shot. Tomas Marques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Rocendo having to interfere.
