In the 13th minute, Edwin Cardona ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Augusto Petri was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Jacinto Mikolas charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jacinto Mikolas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cristo Rosario's late challenge caught a Guaymallén's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristo Rosario helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th minute, Cristo Rosario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, Vladimiro Ignatius had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Augusto Petri. Azcurra AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vladimiro Ignatius was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When Gabriel Nevada fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Azcurra AFC's protests and gave Gabriel Nevada a yellow card for diving instead. In the 30th minute, Gabriel Nevada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd match minute, Azcurra AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Odon to maneuver through the defense. After 35 played minutes Azcurra AFC got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Lizardi. 38 minutes into the game, Vladimiro Ignatius recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Augusto Petri. Vladimiro Ignatius showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Edwin Cardona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Petri having to interfere. Augusto Petri made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Edwin Cardona sent off a good shot on target. Edwin Cardona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Augusto Petri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Placido Stephen made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Candido Selatse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 52 minutes, Raul Fliz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guaymallén's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raul Fliz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 54 minutes of play, Guaymallén's Edwin Cardona made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Augusto Petri was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edwin Cardona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vladimiro Ignatius took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Augusto Petri. Augusto Petri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Edwin Cardona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Petri having to interfere. After having played for 71 minutes, Edwin Cardona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rareș Dobrea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Candido Selatse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Fulgencio Gotzon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Augusto Petri was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Edwin Cardona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
