Aurelio Raymond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eleuterio Azubeli in the 62nd minute of the match. Matias Furman hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chacabuco's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Oscar Rencio was slow to take the kick. During this time Sportivo Ave Fenix's players had a chance to rest. Oscar Rencio made a great header on Sportivo Ave Fenix's corner, it was just that Chacabuco's Aurelio Raymond managed to reach the ball for a save. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sportivo Ave Fenix would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
