In the 3rd minute, Santiago Poncio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 5 minutes Instituto Plate's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Guido Fernendo who took care of the corner kick. Ignacio Iliana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustacio Emmanuel having to interfere. In the 13th match minute, Pasión Villera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Rito to maneuver through the defense. After 14 played minutes Instituto Plate got a freekick which was hit by Abel Federigo. Ignacio Iliana's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, Eustacio Emmanuel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Justo Illart recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gualterio Dino during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pasión Villera's Eustacio Emmanuel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Poncio in the 28th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Ignacio Iliana had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eustacio Emmanuel. Pasión Villera's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ignacio Iliana was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. If Santiago Poncio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Eriberto Cebrian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Instituto Plate's Cristobal Gaufred proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Instituto Plate from getting a goal against them. 63 minutes into the match, Pasión Villera's Guido Fernendo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristobal Gaufred narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 65 played minutes Pasión Villera got a freekick which was hit by Gualterio Dino. Justo Illart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristobal Gaufred having to interfere. Pasión Villera's Eustacio Emmanuel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santiago Poncio in the 93rd minute of play. Ignacio Iliana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Eustacio Emmanuel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, Instituto Plate could leave the field as winners, despite Pasión Villera having more of the ball for most of the match.
