Gregorio Fagildo hit a great ball. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Gran Huguito 2's goalkeeper Astor Jerano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Florentino Urki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Americo Errapel having to make a save. In the 24th minute of the match Eloy Tercero sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Americo Errapel skillfully saved the ball. Florentino Urki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Americo Errapel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armando Rico's late challenge caught a El Gran Huguito 2's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Armando Rico helped the player get up and apologised. After a defensive mix-up in El Gran Huguito 2's zone, Armando Rico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Astor Jerano came out of the goal and Armando Rico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benjamin Mero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. El Gran Huguito 2's Astor Jerano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Mero in the 39th minute of play. Benjamin Mero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Jerano having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florentino Urki to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Campanas's zone, Gregorio Fagildo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Americo Errapel came out of the goal and Gregorio Fagildo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Campanas's Jonas Quexal got a free kick in the 56th minute. Benjamin Mero might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Astor Jerano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benjamin Mero ran back to his position shaking his head. 70 minutes into the match, Benjamin Mero notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of El Gran Huguito 2's Astor Jerano. Astor Jerano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nereo Emenon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the match, Campanas's Benjamin Mero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Astor Jerano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Benjamin Mero hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. A collision led to Campanas getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Jonas Quexal hit a great ball. The audience held their breath when Armando Rico in the 89th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Astor Jerano's left hand side. In the 96th minute Florentino Urki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Americo Errapel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
