Filiberto Neron hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Jeronimo Betadur was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 5th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Desiderio Gagriel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zubiaurre FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Desiderio Gagriel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alonzo Quintun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Victoriano Jatsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of God save the team booed when Zubiaurre FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rosendo Mercurio didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to God save the team getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Jeronimo Betadur hit a great ball. Alonzo Quintun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Desiderio Gagriel, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Gogo Peter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Alonzo Quintun made a huge save. In the 28th minute, Jacobo Mambru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gogo Peter blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alonzo Quintun having to make a save. Filiberto Neron charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filiberto Neron the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Filiberto Neron kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Edorta in the 35th minute of play forced Zubiaurre FC's goalkeeper Teofilo Rainerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 48 minutes into the match, Victoriano Jatsu notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Zubiaurre FC's Teofilo Rainerio. Teofilo Rainerio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Zubiaurre FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. God save the team were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Victoriano Jatsu made the kick off in the second half. In the 61st match minute, God save the team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacobo Mambru to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Zubiaurre FC's Vladimiro Hodei tried to score from far away in the 62nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Diego Edorta scored 0-2 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Teofilo Rainerio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Diego Edorta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Teofilo Rainerio made a huge save. Victoriano Jatsu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Diego Edorta struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Teofilo Rainerio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for God save the team. Teofilo Rainerio made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Diego Edorta sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Jatsu in the 94th minute of play forced Zubiaurre FC's goalkeeper Teofilo Rainerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diego Edorta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilo Rainerio having to interfere. Diego Edorta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Teofilo Rainerio made a huge save. Filiberto Neron got his second yellow card in the match during the 98th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The Zubiaurre FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching God save the team's performance. The match ended with a win for God save the team.
