The crowd rose to their feet as BURDEOS F.C.'s Rafael Lluis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dennis Sundberg. BURDEOS F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EL ROJO TUCUMANO the free kick. Artemio Goizeder kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Dennis Sundberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Lluis in the 17th minute of the match. Rafael Lluis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Camilo Omero kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, BURDEOS F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Joel Vela came free, but Cayetano Cordeal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carmelo Mitxel's late challenge caught a BURDEOS F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carmelo Mitxel helped the player get up and apologised. After a defensive mix-up in EL ROJO TUCUMANO's zone, Rafael Lluis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dennis Sundberg came out of the goal and Rafael Lluis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carmelo Mitxel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45thth minute of the game Carmelo Mitxel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BURDEOS F.C.'s Cayetano Cordeal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Vela to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Carmelo Mitxel managed to get in a good position for a shot. EL ROJO TUCUMANO's supporters rose to their feet, but Carmelo Mitxel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cayetano Cordeal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Joel Vela took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Cayetano Cordeal to make any attempt to save it. In the 60th match minute, BURDEOS F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixto Mino to maneuver through the defense. BURDEOS F.C.'s Cayetano Cordeal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save BURDEOS F.C. from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Carmelo Mitxel managed to get in a good position for a shot. EL ROJO TUCUMANO's supporters rose to their feet, but Carmelo Mitxel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cayetano Cordeal made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Carmelo Mitxel sent off a good shot on target. Cayetano Cordeal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Vela in the 74th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Joel Vela kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cayetano Cordeal. That made the score 1-2 in the 76 minute of play. Geronimo Guib recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 81st minute of the game. One of BURDEOS F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of EL ROJO TUCUMANO:s goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafael Lluis in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dennis Sundberg saved EL ROJO TUCUMANO from getting behind. Carmelo Mitxel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of BURDEOS F.C. booed when EL ROJO TUCUMANO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Vela didn't get a good kick on the ball. The BURDEOS F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 95th match minute when BURDEOS F.C.'s Geronimo Guib looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched EL ROJO TUCUMANO eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
