With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cesar Goren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edgardo Taurino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Tavio in the 16th minute of play. When Niupi FC's Simon Flor in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye flores sud's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Simon Flor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cesar Goren was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 26th minute Guillermo Danel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesar Goren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cesar Goren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Simon Flor went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Guillermo Danel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 46th match minute, flores sud was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Ostots to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Niupi FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ovidio Tavio to strike the kick off in the second half. Guillermo Danel in the 52ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cesar Goren, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ovidio Tavio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Taurino having to interfere. If Guillermo Danel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 59th minute, Andres Jeraldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pablo Lidon kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in flores sud's zone, Daniel Chorache stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cesar Goren came out of the goal and Daniel Chorache tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Pablo Canor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute, Pablo Lidon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guillermo Danel struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Cesar Goren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Niupi FC. 76 minutes into the game, Guillermo Danel lined in a short shot 0-2 behind a frustrated Cesar Goren. Guillermo Danel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Cesar Goren made a huge save. With a little luck, flores sud's Cesar Goren got control of the ball when Guillermo Danel tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 89th minute Simon Flor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesar Goren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niupi FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
