Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zacarias Aresti started the match with the kick off. Zacarias Aresti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damian Segio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Zacarias Aresti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zacarias Aresti in the 15th minute of play forced Rueda's goalkeeper Damian Segio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Natalio Lauaxeta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Abechuco in the 16th minute of the match. Gilberto Abechuco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Gilberto Abechuco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 27 minutes, Roque Osorio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rossi AFC and the Rueda players grew even worse after the yellow card. Roque Osorio kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After 28 played minutes, Rueda's Armando Herauso shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Natalio Lauaxeta came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rueda reached it. Hector Luke could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Damian Segio made a huge save. In the 30th match minute, Rueda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leandro Llope to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Hector Luke managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rossi AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hector Luke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damian Segio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hector Luke got free with Damian Segio in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Fabricio Viviano fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rueda's protests and gave Fabricio Viviano a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd minute Rossi AFC were awarded a corner. Honorio Weather went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Javier Hulberto got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Damian Segio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, Rossi AFC's Javier Hulberto got a free kick in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lázaro Rufo to make the kick off. Natalio Lauaxeta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilberto Abechuco in the 51st minute. Damian Segio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zacarias Aresti, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Zacarias Aresti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damian Segio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hector Luke's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lázaro Rufo in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Natalio Lauaxeta saved Rossi AFC from getting behind. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 70th minute of the game. One of Rossi AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rueda:s goal. After recieving a nice pass, Rueda's Armando Herauso tried to score from far away in the 77th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Lázaro Rufo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Natalio Lauaxeta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zacarias Aresti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hector Luke blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Damian Segio having to make a save. In the 92nd minute, Justo Oliveiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Rossi AFC's Zacarias Aresti got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After 95 minutes of play Rueda's Fabricio Viviano was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 96 played minutes Rueda got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Viviano. Hector Luke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rueda's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
