Tienso FC's Eliseo Rodriguez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Benino in the 9th minute of play. Tiburcio Boni in the 11thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Haroldo Paul, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Anselmo Beturian came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Aston Vilas FC fans jumped to their feet. An unexpected shot in the 30th minute by Felipe Paez got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 32nd minute, Luis Galindo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Aston Vilas FC's Lucio Benino in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Aston Vilas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucio Benino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eliseo Rodriguez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Anselmo Beturian came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Aston Vilas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo Beturian couldn't finish the play. Aston Vilas FC's Ramon Arotza couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Tienso FC. In the 44th minute Anselmo Beturian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseo Rodriguez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 45 minutes into the game, when Isaias Maxin put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Aston Vilas FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty! Ciro Balesio shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anselmo Beturian to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Tiburcio Boni had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Haroldo Paul. Aston Vilas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tiburcio Boni was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After 59 played minutes Tienso FC got a freekick which was hit by Ovidio Gonzales. After a rather tough play, Aston Vilas FC's Julio Liberto got a free kick in the 61st minute. 62 minutes into the match, Aston Vilas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Paez came free, but Haroldo Paul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Anselmo Beturian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Artemio Hitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the match, Tienso FC's goalkeeper Eliseo Rodriguez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anselmo Beturian. Haroldo Paul showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiburcio Boni in the 80th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Felipe Paez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Haroldo Paul was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. When Severo Camerino fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tienso FC's protests and gave Severo Camerino a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Tienso FC's Severo Camerino got a free kick in the 85th minute. Anselmo Beturian's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eliseo Rodriguez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Tienso FC's zone, Julio Liberto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliseo Rodriguez came out of the goal and Julio Liberto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 91 played minutes Tienso FC got a freekick which was hit by Tiburcio Boni.
