A collision led to Luis Guillon Futbol Club getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Roque Rencio hit a great ball. After 11 minutes, Denis Montrelle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cu-Sith and the Luis Guillon Futbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Denis Montrelle kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Edgardo Oxarra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cu-Sith's Lucio Nuñez got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 28 minutes into the match, Victorino Nalo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Luis Guillon Futbol Club's Antonio Argoitz. Antonio Argoitz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Victorino Nalo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antonio Argoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Nalo, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Victorino Nalo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Argoitz having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victorino Nalo in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antonio Argoitz saved Luis Guillon Futbol Club from getting behind. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mariano Gauargi to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Cu-Sith got a freekick which was hit by Gaudencio Abad. Francisco Nikola didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Gauargi went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Antonio Argoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorino Nalo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Daniel Intxixu came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Cu-Sith fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Intxixu couldn't finish the play. Roque Rencio charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roque Rencio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Luis Guillon Futbol Club's zone, Victorino Nalo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonio Argoitz came out of the goal and Victorino Nalo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victorino Nalo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Argoitz having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Roque Rencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the match, Daniel Intxixu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Antonio Argoitz. Luis Guillon Futbol Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Intxixu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. When the match was over Cu-Sith could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Luis Guillon Futbol Club throughout the match.
