Spectators: 7213 (Terracing: 5411, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 143) Cristo Mirande fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carolo Vergaray having to interfere. The attack was good, but when Haroldo Eli in the 5th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Cristo Mirande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristo Mirande recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 17 minutes into the game, Cristo Mirande cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Carolo Vergaray was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Segundo Avellaneda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Motoneta's supporters rose to their feet, but Segundo Avellaneda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucho Gay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Motoneta's zone, Haroldo Eli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carolo Vergaray came out of the goal and Haroldo Eli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Huase FC's Cristo Mirande got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 35thth minute of the game Haroldo Eli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Motoneta's Carolo Vergaray was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Motoneta defense, Cristo Mirande kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carolo Vergaray. The Motoneta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carolo Vergaray should have stopped the shot. If Haroldo Eli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Emanuel Vigil came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Huase FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Vigil couldn't finish the play. Carolo Vergaray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Eli in the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Haroldo Eli was the one to do the kick off. Benicio Llope scored 1-2 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucho Gay, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 57th minute, Segundo Avellaneda made a precise shot to the right of Lucho Gay. Huase FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. 63 minutes into the match, Motoneta's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Eli came free, but Carolo Vergaray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucho Gay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benicio Llope in the 69th minute of play. Andres Cordero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 74 minutes into the match, Huase FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benicio Llope came free, but Lucho Gay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A very good chance for a goal. 84 minutes into the match, Haroldo Eli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carolo Vergaray. Motoneta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Haroldo Eli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. The Motoneta fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Huase FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
