With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hilario Martxot in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Placido Matxin saved ※Patolaus Football Club※ from getting behind. Teobaldo Laurentzi lost his temper 6 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 5th minute, one of Persistentes y Osados:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Persistentes y Osados. 15 minutes into the game, Hilario Martxot cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Placido Matxin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benito Monte kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Salvador Clemencin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Placido Matxin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salvador Clemencin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Placido Matxin having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in ※Patolaus Football Club※'s zone, Salvador Clemencin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Placido Matxin came out of the goal and Salvador Clemencin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hilario Martxot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Placido Matxin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salvador Clemencin took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Placido Matxin. Placido Matxin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Epifanio Roldan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benito Monte in the 45th minute. Leandro Asur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Epifanio Roldan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erasmo Maurin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hilario Martxot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Placido Matxin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Patricio Gartzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Persistentes y Osados's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Gartzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Placido Matxin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to ※Patolaus Football Club※ getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Leandro Asur hit a great ball. Persistentes y Osados's Jonas Telesforo got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 60 minutes into the match, Persistentes y Osados's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Maurin came free, but Epifanio Roldan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Maurin in the 60th minute of play forced Persistentes y Osados's goalkeeper Epifanio Roldan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Placido Matxin made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Jonas Telesforo sent off a good shot on target. 62 minutes into the game, Jonas Telesforo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Placido Matxin. Jonas Telesforo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. If Hilario Martxot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernan Lucero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Placido Matxin having to make a save. Jonas Telesforo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 83 played minutes ※Patolaus Football Club※ got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Asur. Hilario Martxot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Dionisio Aimar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hilario Martxot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Placido Matxin having to interfere. Persistentes y Osados's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
