The supporters of Persistentes y Osados booed when Conesa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Pepillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Conesa FC's Marcelino Gonzalez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Ostargi in the 9th minute of play. When Amado Ostargi came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Persistentes y Osados fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amado Ostargi couldn't finish the play. After 20 played minutes Persistentes y Osados got a freekick which was hit by Roman Batista. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Amado Ostargi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Persistentes y Osados's supporters rose to their feet, but Amado Ostargi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelino Gonzalez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 25th minute, Prudencio Pagomari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 26 minutes into the game, Amado Ostargi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Marcelino Gonzalez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Abel Savier charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abel Savier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Abel Savier hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. 35 minutes into the match, Conesa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Ostargi came free, but Marcelino Gonzalez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Conesa FC's goalkeeper Marcelino Gonzalez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Persistentes y Osados's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amado Ostargi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

In the 59th minute of the match, Lázaro Conrao got a very nice opportunity to score, but Marcelino Gonzalez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 60 minutes, Amado Ostargi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Persistentes y Osados and the Conesa FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 61st minute, Leo Onofre sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Persistentes y Osados's Epifanio Roldan didn't even have to move. If Jonas Telesforo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute, Jonas Telesforo made a precise shot to the right of Marcelino Gonzalez. Conesa FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Salvador Clemencin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelino Gonzalez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. After having played for 78 minutes, Dionisio Aimar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Persistentes y Osados's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dionisio Aimar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th match minute, Conesa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Onofre to maneuver through the defense. After 87 played minutes Conesa FC got a freekick which was hit by Prudencio Pagomari. Amado Ostargi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lázaro Conrao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Marcelino Gonzalez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Persistentes y Osados left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Conesa FC.
