The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Persistentes y Osados booed when LA APLANADORA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaias Gombal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teobaldo Laurentzi charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. LA APLANADORA FC's Feliberto Pasqual played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Gartzi in the 30th minute of play. Hilario Martxot struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Feliberto Pasqual didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Persistentes y Osados. 37 minutes into the match, Jonas Telesforo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Feliberto Pasqual. LA APLANADORA FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonas Telesforo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Feliberto Pasqual showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Telesforo, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Salvador Clemencin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Feliberto Pasqual breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isaias Gombal was the one to do the kick off. Salvador Clemencin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute of the match, Jonas Telesforo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Feliberto Pasqual was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Feliberto Pasqual came out and tried to block the shot, but Hilario Martxot slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 71st minute. With a little luck, LA APLANADORA FC's Feliberto Pasqual got control of the ball when Evaristo Jurdan tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Danilo Palban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonas Telesforo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliberto Pasqual having to interfere. In the 85th minute Salvador Clemencin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Pasqual saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
