Marcelino Gonzalez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelino Gonzalez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Henrico, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. If Tobias Jaunzuria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augusto Pepillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lino Chucho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Augusto Pepillo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Lino Chucho, passed just outside the right post. Prudencio Pagomari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Chucho having to interfere. In the 38th minute Tobias Jaunzuria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Gonzalez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelino Gonzalez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Henrico in the 41st minute of play. After 42 minutes, Prudencio Pagomari mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Conesa FC and the Naranja Mecanica F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 43rd minute, Gregorio Elixio sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Conesa FC's Marcelino Gonzalez didn't even have to move. After a rather tough play, Conesa FC's Higinio Cresconio got a free kick in the 44th minute. Cristian Henrico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 48 minutes into the match, Tobias Jaunzuria had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcelino Gonzalez. Conesa FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tobias Jaunzuria was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristian Henrico stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fermin Ordono's late challenge caught a Naranja Mecanica F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fermin Ordono helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th match minute, Conesa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fermin Ordono to maneuver through the defense. Gregorio Elixio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Augusto Pepillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62ndth minute of the game Augusto Pepillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Naranja Mecanica F.C.'s Lino Chucho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leon Guillelme during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 71 played minutes Conesa FC got a freekick which was hit by Leon Guillelme. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Leon Guillelme managed to get in a good position for a shot. Conesa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leon Guillelme was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lino Chucho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lino Chucho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Pepillo in the 81st minute of play. Cesar Egoitz charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cesar Egoitz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marcelino Gonzalez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Henrico in the 95th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Augusto Pepillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Conesa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Augusto Pepillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
