Fidel Froylan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 31stth minute of the game Teofilo Nesto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tocota FC's Fidel Froylan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Nestor Cresenciano notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Tocota FC's Fidel Froylan. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

A collision led to Caramelo Salado getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Gregorio Joseph hit a great ball. Tocota FC's Fidel Froylan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nestor Cresenciano in the 68th minute of play. 70 minutes in the game, Nestor Cresenciano fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Fidel Froylan having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Florencio Jokin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Caramelo Salado's Teofilo Nesto got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nestor Cresenciano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Caramelo Salado supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Caramelo Salado would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
