The player immediately received a yellow card. Robustiano Todor scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Natalio Harkaitz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 15thth minute of the game Teo Inautzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zorzal Roäc Football Club's Natalio Harkaitz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Basilio Mergildo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Feliciano Gutxi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severino Hondo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramiro Mercurio in the 24th minute of play. When Feliciano Gutxi fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cieneguita's protests and gave Feliciano Gutxi a yellow card for diving instead. Feliciano Gutxi kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Ramiro Mercurio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severino Hondo having to interfere. In the 30th minute Teo Inautzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natalio Harkaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Robustiano Todor notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Zorzal Roäc Football Club's Natalio Harkaitz. Natalio Harkaitz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hipolito Sengrat hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Cieneguita's Basilio Mergildo got a free kick in the 37th minute. Hipolito Sengrat took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 38th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Severino Hondo. Cieneguita's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Cieneguita booed when Zorzal Roäc Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Lekubegi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Zorzal Roäc Football Club's zone, Orlando Salomon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Natalio Harkaitz came out of the goal and Orlando Salomon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Cieneguita's Severino Hondo got control of the ball when Evelio Fagildo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The attack was good, but when Niceto Tajo in the 46th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After the first half Cieneguita were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

52 minutes into the match, Robustiano Todor dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Natalio Harkaitz, 0-3. 56 minutes into the game, Evelio Fagildo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Severino Hondo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cieneguita's Severino Hondo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Mercurio in the 65th minute of play. Severino Hondo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Fagildo in the 71st minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Teo Inautzi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Cieneguita's Basilio Mergildo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Natalio Harkaitz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Severino Hondo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Tajo in the 75th minute of play. Severino Hondo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ramiro Mercurio went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Ramiro Mercurio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Basilio Mergildo's late challenge caught a Zorzal Roäc Football Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Basilio Mergildo helped the player get up and apologised. Severino Hondo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Fagildo in the 85th minute of the match. After 90 played minutes Zorzal Roäc Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Hipolito Sengrat. When Robustiano Todor came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Cieneguita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robustiano Todor couldn't finish the play. If Basilio Mergildo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Zorzal Roäc Football Club supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cieneguita's performance. The match ended with a win for Cieneguita.
