In the 3rd minute, one of Villa Alonso SR:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Villa Alonso SR. In the 10th minute Eriberto Ondino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Ostadar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evelio Txarans short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Americo Gutierrez to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After having played for 15 minutes, Eriberto Ondino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villa Alonso SR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eriberto Ondino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Florentina's Cristo Ostadar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paolo Muno in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Muno in the 18th minute of play forced Florentina's goalkeeper Cristo Ostadar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vladimiro Hurko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Americo Gutierrez having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Eriberto Ondino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Villa Alonso SR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 36th minute Vladimiro Hurko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Americo Gutierrez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evelio Txaran scored 2-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Americo Gutierrez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Villa Alonso SR's zone, Vladimiro Hurko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Americo Gutierrez came out of the goal and Vladimiro Hurko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Florentina's goalkeeper Cristo Ostadar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paolo Muno was the one to do the kick off. Florentina's Vladimiro Hurko got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paolo Muno was extremely unlucky when he, in the 58th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Eriberto Ondino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Americo Gutierrez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimiro Hurko in the 75th minute of the match. In the 81stth minute of the game Paolo Muno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Florentina's Cristo Ostadar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vladimiro Hurko struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Americo Gutierrez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Florentina. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Muno in the 85th minute of play forced Florentina's goalkeeper Cristo Ostadar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Americo Gutierrez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimiro Hurko in the 90th minute of the match. After 90 played minutes Villa Alonso SR got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Lop. After a defensive mix-up in Villa Alonso SR's zone, Evelio Txaran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Americo Gutierrez came out of the goal and Evelio Txaran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Americo Gutierrez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evelio Txaran's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. The Villa Alonso SR players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Florentina from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
