After a defensive mix-up in Las Plantas's zone, Jonas Lartaun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ermegildo Ellande came out of the goal and Jonas Lartaun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paulino Palos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Ermegildo Ellande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When PunkRockers Unidos's Paulino Palos in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Hernan Gergori tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Las Plantas's Ermegildo Ellande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulino Palos in the 42nd minute of play. Guillermo Guillelmus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulino Palos to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Las Plantas's goal looked a bit too open when Paulino Palos came free, but Ermegildo Ellande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Florentino Chuse made a precise shot to the right of Hernan Gergori. PunkRockers Unidos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Jonas Lartaun struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Ermegildo Ellande didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PunkRockers Unidos. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulino Palos in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ermegildo Ellande prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 90th minute Paulino Palos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Ellande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Desiderio Crispo's late challenge caught a PunkRockers Unidos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Desiderio Crispo helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Las Plantas fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 92nd minute. Penalty! Las Plantas's Guaberto Txatxu suffered a sore thigh after 98 minutes and couldn't finish the game. A collision led to PunkRockers Unidos getting a freekick after 99 minutes play. Jonas Lartaun hit a great ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
